This cache is JPcache v2
http://www.jpcache.com/ thanks to nsn france and extrem project that have allow me to develope easily this functionnality to osc2nuke.

I have made some modification to the version they propose on extrem version that allow a better control on the cache.

This cache have 3 control points the first one is the config.php file where you will find a new value
$cache_type = "mysql";
This value is default setted on "mysql" cause of the some problem encountered with windows system and file option but with a linux server i advise to set this value to "file" to have the best performances.
The second control point is the admin interface to manage every option as time of cache, gzip level compression etc... Administration of the cache
And the third control point is just 2 button added in file admin.php to have the possibility to flush the cache (one button to empty the cache folder, and one button to empty the cache database). This option is very usefull for the admin when make a change and want to see the result without having to wait for the 120 second or whatever time of cache setted in admin. You can find those button on the bottom of the following page To Empty The Cache. For example when admin add a new block and remove one existing, during the cache time the admin and the users already on the site will see for cache time (default 120 second) the 2 blocks so if admin want to check his changes he have to empty the cache with those button. For information the cache is configurable for guest and/or member, can also cache the post of forum or not. Actually the cache cover the index of osc2nuke and the index of the catalog.
