ENTRIES NOT ON AN OFFICIAL TBDCA FORMS are NOT acceptable. Conditional, unsigned, incomplete or entries received without fees will NOT be accepted.
OWNERS ARE RESPONSIBLE for errors on entry blanks and for entering the same dog twice.
DOGS MUST BE READY FOR JUDGING the Club and its Show Secretary will not be responsible and are not obligated to furnish any service for notifying exhibitors or their agent of Breed or Class judging. Judges will not wait for any dog holding up a Class. Owners or agents alone are responsible for the presence of their dogs in the judging ring.
DOGS NEED TO BE AT THIS SHOW only at scheduled time of judging and may leave immediately thereafter, unless required for further judging.
ENTRY FEES SHALL NOT BE REFUNDED in the event a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by Veterinarian or Judge, or barred from competition by action of the Show Committee. If because of riots, civil disturbances or other actions beyond the control of the management it is impossible to open or complete this show, no refund of entry fee will be made.
THE SHOW GIVING CLUB OR THE SHOW SECRETARY and their agents or employees assume no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by exhibitors, handlers, or spectators or any of their dogs or property, and further assume no responsibility for injury to any child. The welfare of an exhibitor or spectator's child is assumed to be the responsibility of the exhibitor or spectator. It is distinctly understood that exhibitors or spectators will exercise control and restraint over their children on the day of the show.
TROPHIES MUST BE PICKED UP the day of the show. None will be mailed or otherwise distributed.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR ENTERING YOUR DOGS.
REFERENCE THE CLASSIFICATION and select the class or classes for which your dog is eligible then fill in the entry blank completely. BE SURE IT IS SIGNED.
PLEASE TYPEWRITE OR PRINT CLEARLY on the entry form as the Club or Show Secretary assume no liability for wrong information.
PUPPIES under the age of 6 months on the day of the show cannot be entered.
Routes to the Show
Directions from Austin: Go north on IH 35; east (right) on Highway 79 for 9.2 miles; turn south on FM 1660 and go 1.6 miles and turn right to CR 137 (Near the cemetery, before the road curves to the left). Drive 1.1 mile and turn right on CR 197 at the Triple Crown sign.

Non-regular classes (Involving multiple Dog Entries)
Stud Dog Class: To be entered in Stud Dog Class and shown with two (2) or more of his get. Get need not be under same ownership as that of the Stud Dog. Get must be entered in one of the Regular Classes. Awards will be entirely on the merits of the get. As the judge's decision in this class will be based on the merits of more than one dog, no one of the dogs making up the entry judged first in the class will be eligible to compete for Best of Breed by virtue of having won this class.
Brood Bitch Class: Same as above, except for the following two (2) changes: Substitute "Brood Bitch" for " Stud Dog", and substitute "Produce" for "Get".
Brace Class: This shall be for two (2) dogs with identical ownership. Dogs comprising a Brace MUST be named at the time of entry.
Team Class: Same as Brace Class, but four (4) dogs, identical ownership.
Puppy Sweepstakes Classifications
The following will be provided for both dogs & bitches
Puppy, 3 mos. & under 6 mos.
Puppy, 6 mos. & Under 9 mos.
Puppy, 9 mos. & under 12 mos.
Junior, 12 mos. & under 15 mos.
Junior, 15 mos. & under 18 mos.
Best of Sweepstakes & Best of Opposite Sex of Sweepstakes
Puppy Sweepstakes will be judged prior to the Regular Classes. All dogs and bitches entered in Sweepstakes must also be entered in a Regular Class at this Specialty, at regular entry fee. The Puppy Sweepstakes is open to all Thai Bangkaew Dogs who are at least 6 months of age and under 18 months of age.
Entry Money Division
Thirty Five percent (35%) of Sweepstakes Moneys shall be retained by club to defray expenses. The remaining 65% shall be the Sweepstakes Fund and will be divided as follows:

Veteran Sweepstakes will be judged prior to the Regular Classes. All dogs and bitches entered in Sweepstakes must also be entered in a Regular Class at this Specialty, at regular entry fee. The Veteran Sweepstakes is open to all Thai Bangkaew Dogs who are at least 8 years old and older on the day of the Specialty Show.

Challenge Trophies
The following Challenge Trophies are offered by the Thai Bangkaew Dog Club of America through the generosity of friends at its National Specialty Show only. For permanent possession, they must be won three (3) times by the same owner, not necessarily with the same dog nor at consecutive shows. The names of the owner(s) and the winning dog will be engraved on the trophy annually.
